Stores a body-part circumference measurement for the caller.

`POST /api/measurements`

**Request body** (`application/json`, required)

The measurement to record.

- `site` (string, required) — Body site identifier for the new measurement.
- `valueCm` (number, required) — Circumference to record, in centimetres.
